An official source at the Department of Consular Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs warned Qatari citizens who want to visit the Kingdom of Thailand to avoid traveling if they have any of the symptoms of the Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) including fever, cough and shortness of breath, urging them to have medical check-up prior to heading to Thailand.
