Paris/Information Office/10 December 2016/ HE the Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani participated in the Syria – Ministerial meeting of the group of like-minded countries, which was held in Paris on Saturday.

The meeting discussed the tragic humanitarian situation in the city of Aleppo and the urgent solutions that the international community should provide in addition to the strategy to be adopted and international coordination thereon.
The meeting also discussed ways to settle the conflict in Syria, and the need to continue collective efforts to reach a political solution for the Syrian crisis.
