HE President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Arif Alvi met in the presidential palace in Islamabad with HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Pakistan Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani.

HE the Ambassador conveyed the greetings of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to HE President of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the wishes of His Highness of great health and happiness for His Excellency, as well as wishes of further progress and prosperity to the people and government of Pakistan.

For his part, HE the President the Islamic Republic of Pakistan conveyed his greetings to HH the Amir, and wishes of further progress and prosperity to the Qatari people.

HE the Pakistani President also wished HE the Ambassador success in performing his duties, assuring him of providing all support to advance the bilateral relations between the two countries to closer cooperation in various fields.
