Doha, May 13

HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani received today a phone call from HE Secretary of State of the United States of America Antony Blinken.

During the call, they discussed bilateral cooperation relations between the two countries, the latest developments in Afghanistan, and the recent escalation in the Palestinian territories.

The two sides welcomed, during the call, a cease-fire agreement between the Palestinian and Israeli sides. HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs thanked the United States of America for its efforts that supported the regional endeavors to reach this agreement.
