Doha, June 05 - A joint declaration of intent on political consultations between Qatar's Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its German counterpart, was signed at the Foreign Ministry Headquarrters here on Tuesday. Signing for the Qatari side was HE Assistant Foreign Minister for Foreign Affairs Ali Bin Fahd Al-Hajeri while it was signed for the German side by Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle. The joint declaration of intent aims to further bolster ties of friendship existing between the two countries through establishing regular political consultations. HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani and HE the Prime Minister And Foreign Minister Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabor Al Thani, separately met earlier today with German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle, now visiting Doha.
