Madrid/ 09 April 2014/ Qatar's Assistant Foreign Minister for Foreign Affairs HE Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Rumaihi, and Spanish Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs Gonzalo de Benito Secades signed here today a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on consultations between the foreign ministries of the two countries. The two sides also the exchanged instruments of ratification of the agreement on cooperation in the security fields, signed between the two countries in 2011. The sides also held a round of consultations at the headquarters of the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, attended by Qatar's Ambassador to the Kingdom of Spain HE Abdul Razak Abdul Jalil Al Abdul Ghani.
