Kuala Lumpur/ 30 April 2014/ Sultan of the Malaysian state of Kelantan, Muhammad V, met Wednesday HE Ambassador of Qatar to Malaysia Issa bin Mohammed Al Mannai. Meanwhile Sultan Mizan Zainal Abidin of Terengganu in Malaysia met HE Al Mannai. During the two meetings, they discussed relations between the two friendly countries and ways of bolstering them. On the other hand HE Al Mannai participated in the stone-laying ceremony of Movenpick resort health project which is implemented by Qatari Diar with Malaysian partner in the village of Chendering in the Sultanate of Terengganu in Malaysia. The ceremony was attended by Sultan of the state , and Malaysia's former Prime Minister Tun Abdullah Ahmad Badawi, the head of the local government of the state, a delegation of Qatari Diar, chaired by Group Chief Executive Officer of Qatari Diar Khaled Mohammed Al Sayed and a number of official and popular figures in the state. During the ceremony, Malaysian officials thanked the State of Qatar for its contribution to push the process of sustainable and comprehensive development in the state.
