Doha/ 08 July 2014/ HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani ratified the Decree No. 30 of 2014 to ratify the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Ecuador signed in Quito on 16/02/2013 annexed to this decree and shall have the force of law in accordance with Article 68 of the Constitution.
