Helsinki/Information Office/ 18 January 2015/ President of the Republic of Finland Sauli Niinisto has received credentials of HE Saud bin Abdullah Zaid Al-Mahmoud as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary (Non-resident) of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Finland At the outset of the meeting, Ambassador Al-Mahmoud conveyed to the President of Finland greetings of HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani wishing him best of health and the Finnish people further progress and prosperity. For his part, President Niinisto entrusted HE the Ambassador with his greetings to HH the Emir wishing him best of health and the state of Qatar continued progress and prosperity. He wished the Ambassador success in his mission assuring him that he will receive all support to promote relations between the two brotherly countries to closer cooperation in various fields.
