Munich /Information Office/ 07 February 2015/ HE the Foreign Minister Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al-Attiyah met Saturday with a number of youth leaders participating in Munich Security Conference. HE the Foreign Minister addressed the attendees and expressed his confidence that youth can find creative solutions to the challenges facing the world today. For their part the attendance expressed their keenness to know more about the State of Qatar and its increasingly prominent diplomatic role in international affairs. His Excellency then gave brief overview of Qatar's history and reviewed Qatar's National Vision for the year 2030. HE the Foreign Minister added that Qatar's riches in the energy field puts a responsibility on it to deliver energy to its friends across the globe. Among other topics, HE the Foreign Minister discussed the progress of peace talks and the latest developments in Syria and Iraq.
