Doha /Information Office / 20 April 2015/ The Foreign Ministry announced today that it helped in evacuating 16 Cambodian subjects who had been stranded in the Republic of Yemen due to the security situation. Qatar's Ambassador to the Republic of Yemen Mohamed bin Hamad Al-Hajri said the evacuation came at a request from the Cambodian government, noting that the Ministry evacuated the Cambodian nationals and secured their arrival in the Cambodian capital Phnom Penh aboard a Qatar Airways plane For his part, Othman Hassan, Minister Attached to the Cambodian Prime Minister expressed thanks to the government of Qatar for help in evacuating the Cambodian subjects.
