San Jose/ Information Office/ 04 September 2015/Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Costa Rica, HE Manuel Gonzalez Sanz, has met here HE Jaber Ali Al Adhba on the occasion of the end of his tenure as Qatar's Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Costa Rica. The Minister of Foreign Affairs awarded the outgoing Qatari Ambassador with the National Order of the Republic of Costa Rica, the highest decoration.
