Moscow /Information Office/11 September 2015/ The governor of Russian city Nizhny Novgorod, Valery Shantsev, met HE Qatar's Ambassador to Russia Saud Abdullah Al-Mahmoud. During the meeting, the two sides reviewed bilateral ties between the two countries and ways of boosting and developing them, particularly in the economic field.
