New York /Information Office/ 30 September 2015/ HE Qatar's Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah on Wednesday took part in a meeting to discuss the refugee crisis in Europe, on the sidelines of the 70th UN General Assembly currently in session in New York. The meeting was held upon a call by Frank-Walter Steinmeier, the Foreign Minister of Germany which currently chairs the G7 group of industrialized nations. HE Qatar's Foreign Minister Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah also met with Foreign Minister of the Republic of Gabon Emmanuel Issoze-Ngondet on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly. Talks during the meeting covered bilateral relations and ways of enhancing them, as well as issues of common interest.
