Doha/ Information Office /15 October 2015/ HE Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Mohammad Al Attiyah received today a written message from Foreign Minister of the Federal Prussia Sergey Lavrov, dealing with situation in the region and Syria in particular. The message was delivered by Russia's ambassador to Qatar Noor Mohammad Julov , during a meeting with HE the Foreign Minister today.
