Kiev/ Information Office/ 18 October 2015/ HE Defense Minister of the Republic of Ukraine Stjepan Bolturak has met with HE Qatar's Ambassador in Kiev Jassim bin Rashid Al Khalifa. During the meeting, they discussed bilateral relations and ways of enhancing them.
