Doha/(QNA)/ 30 November 2015/ HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani attended on Monday morning the opening session of the 21st Session of the Conference of the Parties (COP21) to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) at Le Bourget in the French capital Paris. The session was attended by heads of state, heads of delegations and senior officials, in addition to a number of civil society organizations and world institutions concerned with the environment.
