Doha/Information Office/ 04 December 2015/ HE Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Mohammad Al Attiyah received today a telephone call from German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier. During the call, they discussed bilateral relations between the two friendly countries and ways of enhancing them, and exchanged views on the latest developments in the region, including international The German minister also briefed HE the Minister of Foreign Affairs on the German parliament's decision approving Germany joining the international military campaign against terrorism in Syria. For his part, HE Minister Dr. Al-Attiyah reiterated Qatar's full support for international efforts to combat violence and terrorism, stressing the importance of cooperation and joining hands to bring security, peace and stability in the region.
