Rabat/Information Office/ 17 December 2015/ Qatar's Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Khalid bin Mohammad Al Attiyah has expressed Qatar's welcome of Skhirat agreement between the brethren in Libya. Addressing the signing ceremony today in the Kingdom of Morocco, HE Dr. Al Attiyah urged all those who have not signed the agreement to catch up and join . He expressed hope that the agreement would be a major factor that leads to the unity, integrity, security and stability of Libya. HE the Minister Dr.Al Attiyah extended thanks to the United Nations for its efforts to complete the process of reconciliation so as to ensure Libya's security, stability and territorial integrity, stressing that the State of Qatar will spare no effort to make this process a success .
