Doha/Information Office/ 08 January 2016/ HE Foreign Minister of the State of Qatar Dr. Khalid bin Mohammed Al Attiyah met Friday with General Coordinator for Opposition's Negotiations Committee Riyad Hijab. They discussed the deterioration of humanitarian conditions in Syria, particularly in Al-Zabadani and Bloudan which is under siege by the Syrian regime's forces. Permanent Envoy of The State of Qatar to the UN HE Sheikha Alya bint Ahmed Bin Saif Al Thani and a number of officials at the Qatari Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
