Lisbon /Information Office/ 17 February 2016/ Secretary of State for the Internationalization of the Portuguese Government Jorge Costa Oliveira met here Wednesday with HE Qatar's Ambassador to Portugal Adel Ali Al Alkhal. During the meeting, they reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries and ways of enhancing them, especially in the field of investment.
