Riyadh/Information Office/ 09 March 2016/ Qatar's Minister of Foreign Affairs HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani participated in the 138th Session of the GCC Ministerial Council, which was held today in Riyadh. The meeting discussed ways of enhancing GCC joint action in all areas, in addition to the latest regional and international developments, particularly the security situation in Syria, Libya and Iraq.
