Doha/Information Office/ 16 March 2016/ The State of Qatar expressed condemnation and denunciation of the twin bombings which targeted a mosque in northeast Nigeria on Wednesday, killing and wounding a number of people. The Foreign Ministry in a statement stressed the State of Qatar's denunciation of such criminal acts targeting innocent lives and threatening peaceful coexistence, calling for concerted regional and international efforts to address this phenomenon, which poses a threat to international peace and security. The statement expressed Qatar's sincere condolences to the Nigerian government, people and families of victims, wishing speedy recovery to the wounded.
