Doha/Information Office/ 06 May 2016/ HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al -Thani has sent a message to President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation, dealing with bilateral relations between the two countries as well as the latest regional and international developments, particularly the situation in Syria. The verbal message was conveyed by HE Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al -Thani, during a meeting with the President of the Russian Federation today.
