Ashgabat/information office/ 01 September 2016/ President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow met on Thursday with HE Qatar's Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, in the course of his current visit to the Capital Ashgabat. HE the Foreign Minister conveyed greetings of HH the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedow, and his wishes of further progress and prosperity to the people of Turkmenistan. For his part, the President of Turkmenistan entrusted HE the Foreign Minister with his greetings to HH the Emir, and his wishes of further development and prosperity to the Qatari people. Talks during the meeting covered bilateral relations and ways of enhancing them in all areas, as well as the latest regional and international developments.
