Paris/Information Office/16 October 2016/ President of the French Republic, Francois Hollande, has awarded HE Sheikh Mishaal bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al -Thani, Qatar's Ambassador to the French Republic, the National Order of Merit with the rank of Commander on the occasion of ending his tenure. The National Order of Merit is designed to honor high-ranking French and foreign military and civilian dignitaries.
