Doha/ Information Office/06 November 2016 / HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani on Sunday issued Emiri Decision No. 54 of 2016, appointing Khalid Rashid Salem Al Homoudi Al Mansouri ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the French Republic.

            HH the Emir also issued Emiri Decision No. 55 of 2016, appointing Sheikh Saud bin Abdurrahman bin Hassan Al-Thani ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the Federal Republic of Germany.

            The decisions are effective starting from the date of their issue and are to be published in the official gazette.
