San Jose/Information Office/ 26 March 2017/ The Minutes of the exchange of instruments of ratification of a cooperation agreement in the cultural field between the Government of the State of Qatar and the Government of the Republic of Costa Rica were signed at the Foreign Ministry's headquarters.
The Minutes of the exchange of ratification instruments were signed by HE Qatar's Ambassador to Costa Rica Mohammed bin Kurdi Taleb Al Marri signed the minutes on behalf of the government of Qatar, and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Costa Rica Manuel Gonzalez Sanz on behalf of the government of Costa Rica
