HE the Foreign Ministry's Secretary-General Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi held here on Thursday separate meetings with the ambassadors of Russia Nurmakhamad Kholov, Germany Hans-Udo Muzel, United Kingdom Ajay Sharma, China Li Chen, France Eric Chevallier and Italy Pasquale Salzano.

During the meetings, HE the Secretary-General briefed the ambassadors on the incident of Hacking the official website of Qatar News Agency (QNA) and the legal measures and procedures that the State of Qatar will take following the completion of the investigation to prosecute the perpetrators of the terrible electronic piracy crime.

For their part, the ambassadors expressed full solidarity with the State of Qatar in the face of such cybercrime. The ambassadors voiced their countries' readiness to cooperate with the State of Qatar in the investigation of this cybercrime within the framework of international cooperation in such crimes.
