HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani sent Wednesday a written message to HE President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin pertaining to bilateral relations and the developments in the region.

The message was received by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov during a meeting with HE Qatar's Ambassador to Russia Fahad bin Mohammed Al Attiyah.
