GCC Foreign Ministers began on Monday in Kuwait their 144th meeting ahead of the 38th session of the Supreme Council of Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) on 5 and 6 December.

HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani headed Qatar's delegation in the meeting.
