Qatar's Ambassador to Dominica Holds Press Conference on Gulf Crisis

HE the State of Qatar's non-resident ambassador to the Commonwealth of Dominica, Khamis Buti Al Suhooti, gave a detailed explanation on the Gulf crisis at a press conference in the presence of a number of media outlets.

HE the ambassador spoke during the press conference about the Gulf crisis, the objectives of the siege countries and the methods they deployed to destabilize the security and stability of the State of Qatar such as electronic piracy, the false accusations of supporting terrorism and the 13 demands that were rejected by the international community.

HE Al Suhooti touched on the negative impacts of the siege and its future dimensions on the Gulf Cooperation Council and the region, in addition to Qatari efforts to break the siege and the adjustment of the Qatari economy to deal with the current challenges to come out with a stronger economy that is more coherent with the future aspirations of the country.

HE the ambassador stressed that the State of Qatar is moving ahead with the implementation of its national development vision under the guidance of the wise leadership despite the challenges posed due to the siege.
