The State of Qatar has congratulated the brotherly Republic of Iraq on the end of its war against terrorist organizations.

In a statement today, the Foreign Ministry reiterated Qatar's firm stance against terrorism, rejecting and condemning it in all its forms and manifestations, whatever its causes and motives.

It stressed the stand of the State of Qatar alongside Iraq to strengthen its security and stability as well as its reconstruction and achievement of comprehensive development.

The statement called on all parties in the brotherly Republic of Iraq to engage in constructive dialogue and complete the steps of national reconciliation so as to maintain its unity of the people and land and contribute to the stability of the region.
