The State of Qatar expressed its strong condemnation of the bombing at a subway station in New York City, which caused a number of injuries.

In a statement issued Monday, the Foreign Ministry reiterated the State of Qatar's firm stance on rejecting violence and terrorism regardless of motives and reasons.

The statement expressed the State of Qatar's wishes of speedy recovery for the wounded.
