HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani has sent a written message to HE President Ilham Aliyev of the Republic of Azerbaijan , pertaining to bilateral relations and means of boosting them.

The message was handed over by HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Azerbaijan Yousuf bin Hassan Al-Sai, during a meeting with Assistant to the Azerbaijan's President for Foreign Policy Issues Novuruz Mammadov, here today.
