HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani and HE President of the friendly Russian Federation Vladimir Putin witnessed on Monday the signing of cooperation agreement in the field of science and education between Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community Development (QF) and Rosneft, which aims to open a research center for Rosneft at the Qatar Science and Technology Park.

Their Excellencies members of the accompanying official delegation attended the signing ceremony.

On the Russian side, it was attended a number of Their Excellencies ministers and senior officials.
