HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani has sent a written message to HE President Paul Kagame of the Republic of Rwanda, pertaining to bilateral relations and means of boosting and developing them.

The message was handed by HE the State of Qatar's ambassador to Libya Sheikh Mohammed bin Nasser Al -Thani, during a meeting with HE President Paul Kagame.
