HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani on Monday sent a written message to HH Emir of the fraternal State of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, pertaining to relations between the two fraternal countries and peoples, as well as the latest developments in the regional and international arenas.

HE Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani handed the message during a meeting today with HH Emir of Kuwait.
