HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani issued on Tuesday Emiri Decision No. 23 of 2018, appointing Mohammed Ali Mohammed Al Maliki as Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the Republic of Ecuador.

The decision is effective starting from its date of issue and is to be published in the official gazette.
