The State of Qatar voiced its strong condemnation and denunciation of the explosion that took place in the city of Jalalabad in Afghanistan, causing deaths and injuries.

In a statement today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm stance rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of motives and reasons.

The statement expressed the condolences of the State of Qatar to the victims' families, the government and the people of Afghanistan, wishing the injured speedy recovery.
