Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Holds Telephone Call with Turkish Foreign Minister

HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani held via telephone a conversation with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Turkey Mevlut Cavusoglu.

During the phone call, they discussed the bilateral relations and ways to boost and develop them, in addition to topics of common interest.

HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs praised the Russian-Turkish agreement on establishing a demilitarized zone in Idlib city of Syria saying the agreement will stop the bloodshed in the city. His Excellency further stressed the State of Qatar's stance, which calls for solving the Syrian issue under the related UN resolutions in a way that realizes peace and transitional justice for the Syrian people.
