HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani has sent a written message to HE President Nicolas Maduro of Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, pertaining to bilateral relations; and ways of boosting and developing them.

The message was handed by HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Venezuela Rashid bin Mohsen Abdullah Fetais, during a meeting with HE Executive Vice President of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela Delcy Rodrguez.
