The State of Qatar has strongly condemned the attack on a military parade in Ahvaz city , southwestern Iran, causing deaths and injuries.

In a statement today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated Qatar's firm stance rejecting violence and terrorism, regardless of motives and reasons.

The Ministry expressed the condolences of the State of Qatar to the victims' families, the government and people of Iran, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
