A round of political consultations was held in the Slovenian capital, Ljubljana, between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Slovenia.

The Qatari side was chaired by HE the Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi, while the Slovenian side was chaired by HE Director-General for Common Foreign and Security Policy Matej Marn.

The political consultations discussed relations between the two friendly countries and ways to boost and develop them, in addition to a number of issues of common interest.
