HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani has sent a written message to HE President Lenin Moreno of the Republic of Ecuador, pertaining to bilateral relations and means of boosting them.

The message was handed over by HE the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Ecuador Mohammed Ali Al Malki, during a meeting with HE the President of the Republic of Ecuador today.
