Governor-General, Commander-in-Chief of New Zealand Receives Credentials of Qatar's Ambassador

HE the Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief of New Zealand Patsy Reddy received the credentials of HE Saad bin Abdullah Al Mahmoud as non-resident Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to New Zealand.

HE the Ambassador conveyed the greetings of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to HE the Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief of New Zealand, and HH's wishes of good health and happiness to her and to the Government and people of New Zealand further progress and prosperity.

For her part, HE the Governor-General and Commander-in-Chief of New Zealand entrusted HE the Ambassador to conveyed his greetings to HH the Amir, wishing the Qatari people more prosperity and progress. She also wished HE the Ambassador success in her new duties and to work to strengthen the friendly relations and cooperation between the State of Qatar and New Zealand.
