HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani met on Thursday with HE U.S. Special Representative for Afghanistan Reconciliation Zalmay Khalilzad, U.S. Army General Scott Miller, Commander of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization's (NATO) forces in Afghanistan, and the Deputy Commander of the Taliban Movement for Political Affairs and Head of Taliban Political Office, Mullah Abdul Ghani Baradar.

During the meeting, they discussed the developments of Afghan reconciliation, the progress of the peace process talks in Doha and means of supporting them.
