HE Dr. Mutlaq bin Majid Al Qahtani, the Special envoy of Minister of Foreign Affairs for combating terrorism and mediation in conflict resolution has met during his visit to the Russian Federation with Russian President special envoy for Afghanistan HE Zamir Kabulov.

Discussions during the meeting dealt with a number of issues , including ways to combat terrorism, especially in conflict areas, the peace process in Afghanistan besides the importance of regional and international coordination in this regard.
