HE Secretary-General of the International Organization of La Francophonie (OIF) Louise Mushikiwabo has received a written message from HE Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani, pertaining to bilateral relations and ways of enhancing them.

The message was delivered by HE the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the French Republic and Qatar's Representative to OIF Sheikh Ali bin Jassem Al-Thani, during his meeting with HE Secretary-General of OIF Louise Mushikiwabo, on the sidelines of the Ministerial Conference of La Francophonie in Monaco.
