HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Nicaragua Denis Moncada Colindres has received a copy of the credentials of HE Dr. Khamees bin Rashid Al Kaabi as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Nicaragua.
